I started this practice because too many families were handed a folder of forms instead of a phone call back. We answer the phone. We turn up when we say we will. That is most of the job.

Your care, our focus

Health Focus Nursing was started by a registered nurse who was tired of seeing NDIS participants passed between providers who never quite followed through. We are a small, women-owned practice, and we are LGBTQ+ friendly by design, not as a marketing line.

We serve Melbourne, Geelong and the suburbs in between. Our nurses hold AHPRA registration, our support workers are matched to you specifically, and if a plan changes, we change with it.

  • RespectYour choices come first, even when they are not the ones we would have made.
  • CompassionWe sit with people through hard days, not just the scheduled ones.
  • Follow-throughIf we say Tuesday, we mean Tuesday.
